What happens if I make a return?

If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement. Simply follow Sporty's return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and Klarna will pause your statement. As soon as Sporty's has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.

 

There's something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?

You do not need to pay for goods that are received damaged, broken, or defective. Contact Sporty's customer service so we can help you and then “report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until the issue is resolved. As soon as Sporty's has registered your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

 

I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?

You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Contact Sporty's customer service for a delivery update, log into your Klarna account, and “report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.

 

My statement is incorrect. What should I do?

If your statement does not match your order details, please contact Sporty's directly to correct your statement. Log into your Klarna account and “report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.

 

Are any products excluded?

Yes, we do exclude some products from the Klarna payment option based on Klarna's guidelines. Order values over $10,000 are excluded as well as gift cards of any type. We cannot process subscription products with Klarna such as Pilot Training+ or Chart Subscriptions. We also cannot allow digital products to be bought with Klarna. This includes, but is not limited to, training courses, digital books, and digital access codes for flight simulators. 

 

Are there limitations to Klarna?

Klarna uses its own algorithms to decide whether to offer additional payment options on each order. Sporty's does not have any say in the approval for Klarna's payment methods. Some factors that can affect your order's approval include but are not limited to, the product(s), shipping destination, and IP location when you place your order. The easiest way to determine if your order is eligible for Klarna is to checkout and see if Klarna is listed as one of the available payment options. If it's not there, credit card or PayPal will be available to you.
