Like all ADS-B receivers, Stratus relies on ground stations for data. If you intend to mount the Stratus in a location that obstructs its view of ground-based towers, simply plug this antenna into the side of the unit and mount to a window. Includes a 5 ft cable, antenna and two suction cups for mounting. This antenna is for ADS-B only. It does not replace or supplement the GPS antenna in the Stratus.
